I've spent nearly three decades in IT and security, solving the kind of problems where the technology is only half the story. The other half is always people: how they communicate, what they assume, and whether they feel valued for what they contribute.
That's why Legacy Forge is not generic business consulting, and it's not life coaching with a business title. I bring a systems engineer's eye, a professional coach's training, and a lifelong exposure to psychology as the son of a clinical psychologist. Together they let me look at the whole picture: the leader, the people, the relationships, the patterns, and the practical realities of running a business.
Underneath it all is a simple belief. A legacy isn't built by accident. It's forged, one honest conversation and one deliberate choice at a time.
